Quantity surveying in Oman
Take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost plans and tender documents for developers, consultants and contractors in Muscat, Duqm, Sohar, Salalah and across the Sultanate — delivered remotely.

Overview
Oman Vision 2040 is driving investment in tourism, housing, logistics, industry and infrastructure — from integrated tourism complexes and new residential districts in Muscat to port, industrial and energy projects in Duqm, Sohar and Salalah. Each of these projects needs reliable quantities and clear tender documents.
We support Oman-based developers, cost consultants and contractors with the measurement work behind every tender. Our quantity surveyors work remotely from your drawings and models, in your format and to your measurement standard, and Oman shares the same working week and time zone as our UAE contact.

Most of Oman’s private development is concentrated in the Muscat governorate: residential communities, villas and apartments, hotels, retail and mixed-use schemes, and the new urban districts planned around the capital. These projects are often tendered in packages while the design is still developing.
We prepare BoQs that are easy to revise, with clear change reports at each issue, so developers and consultants can release tender addenda quickly and compare bids on a like-for-like basis.
Oman’s special economic and free zones — such as the Special Economic Zone at Duqm and the port-based industrial areas at Sohar and Salalah — generate warehouses, factories, logistics facilities, utilities and road works. Civil and infrastructure packages are usually measured under civil engineering methods such as CESMM.
We measure building and civil works to the method each package requires, and itemise MEP and external works fully, so contractors can price with confidence.
Tourism is one of the main sectors in Oman’s economic diversification plans, with hotels, resorts and integrated tourism complexes along the coast and in the mountains. We prepare take-offs and BoQs for hotels, serviced apartments, villas, landscape, swimming pools and the supporting infrastructure.
