Overview

A tender package tells every bidder exactly what to price and on what terms. When documents conflict or items are missing, bidders add risk to their prices, raise queries that delay the tender and claim variations later.

We prepare complete tender documents for GCC projects from your drawings, specifications and procurement requirements. The Bill of Quantities, the instructions and the contract documents are prepared together and cross-checked, so the package reads as one consistent set.

Which contract forms do you use?

We compile the conditions of contract on the form you choose — FIDIC forms are common in the GCC — and add your particular conditions. Contract terms should always be reviewed by your legal adviser before the tender is issued.

Can you prepare only part of the tender package?

Yes. We can prepare the full package or only the parts you need, such as the BoQ, the preliminaries or the pricing schedules.
